First BOD meeting conducted

The Board of Directors of the Mainit National High School Alumni association conducted their 1st BOD meeting last April 16, 2011 at the Kapihan sa Mainit Restaurant, Mainit, Surigao del Norte. They discussed the Agenda as calendar, but the most important issues the ammendments of the original Constitution and By-laws. A lot of provision had been incorporated to improve the By-laws.

The Turn over of documents was postponed due to absence of the prvious officials. The Board decided to conduct another meeting just to deliberate the agenda that was not discuss and to approve the By-laws. The next meeting is schedule on May 7, 2011 and the venue is still open.
